Global GAP stands for Good Agricultural Practice worldwide. This certificate confirms that our mushrooms have been responsibly produced when it comes to food safety, the environment and animal welfare.
Fair Produce certifies Dutch companies who treat their personnel fairly. It guarantees that we adhere to a social personnel policy that meets all the requirements. Fair Produce goes a little further in its requirements than the GLOBAL GAP Risk Assessment on Social Practice (GRASP). Both of these are add-ons to the GLOBAL GAP.
With the SKAL Bio-certificate, we can say that we produce organic products in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. This ensures that our organic products are actually organic.
The IFS-standard is a combination of HACCP, quality management, GMP, customer focus and various structural requirements. With the IFS standard, the quality and food safety is guaranteed especially in regard to retail.
The QS-test system guarantees an adequate and reliable quality assurance with clearly coordinated specifications from producer to the shelf. This is especially important in Germany.
AH-DLL GROW is an add-on that assesses producers’ risk management with respect to hygiene, pesticide residues, and foreign bodies.
